However, I believe the basic necessities to survive (food and shelter) should be ensured for every citizen. I also think it would be a good idea to provide also minimum health care and basic education for all citizens, regardless of their wealth. This does not mean that government should provide these services, just to make sure that even the poorest citizens can afford them."
